Resolved Question: Is it stupid to expect a scholarship?

So I'm Jade. I'm a junior in high school. I've been top of my class since the 6th grade. I don't consider myself a "popular" but I am a cheerleader and I play basketball and volleyball. I have a lot of awesome friends who are all in different kinda "groups". Anyways I really want to go to Stanford and my mom always says to shoot for the best and ever since I was like in the 7th grade I've been hoping of getting a scholarship to Stanford. Is it stupid to expect one? I mean I'm on 3 sports, I'm top of my class, I go to the university in my town for advanced classes, I play 2 instruments, and I've never even been to a party where there was alcohol or drugs or anything involved.
