Resolved Question: What gemstone might these be that I found in a Montana river?

Yesterday I was at a river right near Bearmouth, MT (about 35 miles SE of Missoula). I was rockhounding along the banks and found a few tiny, perfectly clear gems. They are sort of crystal shaped, and they have a fiery blue iridescence inside when seen at certain angles (which was how I found them in the first place). The largest is a touch smaller than this "D". At angles where the iridescence doesn't show they look exactly like a somewhat crystal-shaped piece of clear glass. They don't have the grainy sort of iridescence of opals, it's more like a flat iridescent plane inside the stone. What could these be? P.S. Just wanted to mention I also found a miniscule garnet crystal there. It's the size of this "o" and the color is a brown-red with a couple discolored spots... but still a neat thing to find!...
